Our story
Hillcrest began in 1982 as the Southern Gold Coast Christian Community School, set up by three Baptist churches. It started with 37 children in Years 1 to 7 on church grounds at Palm Beach and moved to its Reedy Creek site in 1986.
Today it is a Prep to Year 12 college that sees itself as an outreach of Reedy Creek Baptist Church. It also runs a virtual learning campus for students who learn online.
